How much does a facelift or mini facelift cost in the Austin, TX, area? 

The extent of the procedure and a patient’s facial anatomy, specific concerns, and cosmetic goals all factor into the price of a facelift procedure. At our Austin practice, the cost for facelift and mini facelift procedures ranges from $16,000 to $45,000. The pricing includes all office visits, plastic surgeon’s fees, anesthesia, and operating room fees. We work with companies that specialize in financing elective healthcare procedures for qualified patients. 

The recovery after a facelift involves both the physical healing and the time needed before you’re ready to feel comfortable going out in public. Physically, most patients feel back to normal within 10 days of the surgery. If you work from home, you’ll probably be able to resume your job even sooner than that.  

Residual bruising is minimal enough after 2 weeks that you’ll probably be ready to see friends and family. For more significant social events, such as a wedding or class reunion, you should plan to have the surgery at least 3 months before the event.  

How long is recovery after a facelift?
